Leaving Suffering Behind.
“I am a caretaker by nature and love the challenge of helping people. By the time someone comes to me, they have usually had kind advice from friends and family, and still they are unable to solve what they are struggling with. Often times, people know WHAT they should be doing, but not HOW to get there. I can help with how to change.”
Together: A Powerful Concept.
“Most people come to me with a problem that keeps them from enjoying their life: an old hurt that never healed, a new challenging stage in life, a recent problem that can’t be solved. Together, we discover what is causing the pain, and the changes that need to take place to get what they want. We work as a team, developing goals together.”
Solitary is the Worst Form of Confinement.
“I think that everyone needs support and compassion while they try to change. Sometimes problems have developed over the years and people need time and patience. I provide a safe place so that people can face the things that bother them. I help them through the past and offer new paths to the future.”
Eating Problems are Bigger Than Food.
“I work frequently with eating problems. Someone may know what they should be eating, but pain and distress keeps them from eating healthily: too much or too little. Most every waking thought can be about food. Problem eating can destroy health, happiness and relationships. Loved ones get frustrated when something so “simple” as eating can become so complicated. Eating is NOT simple for those with eating problems.”
